PT. Jaya Salvage Indonesia was officialy on operation on January 29 - 2002 under license no 13/XXV-663/JM88. the license was issued by the Head Office of Sea Communication Center at Jakarta and had the approval Certificate for underwater survey / inspection from Classification:

  1. DNV - Det Norske Veritas, Certificate No JAK-09-455 and valid until January 4th 2012
  2. BKI - Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, Certificate No 09.0015 C.A and valid until March 13rd 20012
  3. GL (Germanischer Lloyd), Certificate No. 20441 - 04 HH and valid until April 14th 2014
  4. NK ( Nippon Kaiji Kyokai ), Certificate No. 051 W028 and valid until April 17, 2010
