PT. Jaya Salvage Indonesia was officialy on operation on January 29 - 2002 under license no 13/XXV-663/JM88. the license was issued by the Head Office of Sea Communication Center at Jakarta and had the approval Certificate for underwater survey / inspection from Classification:

1. DNV - Det Norske Veritas, Certificate No JAK - 012 - 2002 and valid until September 4th 2005
2. BKI - Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia, Certificate No 02.0048 C.A and valid until September 2005
3. GL (Germanischer Lloyd), Certificate No. 20441 - 04 HH and valid until April 30 2009
4. NK ( Nippon Kaiji Kyokai ), Certificate No. 051 W028 and valid until April 17, 2010
